Terms & Condition


Before you submit an order with us, please ensure that you provide and checked all the details of your order. We cannot be held liable for any errors made during the customer’s order submission process. The submission of an order does not automatically create a contract between us. The contract arises when we send you an email in which we confirm the acceptance of the order to you. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know by email, phone or any other reasonable communication means available to us. We reserve the right to alter any of the terms in this Terms & Conditions page without informing customers in advance.


Pickup and Delivery Service

While My Online Laundry Services spares no efforts to perform pickup & delivery orders for our clients at the prearranged time slots & locations, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be strictly met within the agreed time-frame. Any possible delays to your delivery will be communicated to you by phone, email or other reasonable communication means available to us.

If a delivery is not possible due to the customer/representative/items being unavailable at the designated time, we will contact you to re-arrange a pickup/ delivery at your convenience.

You may arrange to have items picked up from, or re-delivered to, a third party. You do so at your own risk. Please make sure that the third party is prepared to sign an acknowledgement on your behalf.


Turnaround time

Service days and turnaround time vary by location and service required. My Online Laundry Services will make its best reasonable effort to adhere to our service schedule, however, we do not guarantee turnaround times and assume no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service.



My Online Laundry Services accepts cash. All payments need to be paid before or at the time of delivery, we do not agree with any delay. If you are our contract client by weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery, we will issue the invoice to you. All invoices must be paid promptly, within 30 days from the date of invoice.


Damaged Items

My Online Laundry Services follow the standard and policies set forth by our organization. We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Therefore, we cannot assume responsibility for your laundry items bleeding, shrinking, fading, or otherwise becoming altered or worn out by the normal wash and cleaning presses.


Lost Items

My Online Laundry Services is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewelry, or anything else. Client’s agrees not to leave such items in its clothing or in the delivery bags. We are not liable for loss of clothing due to the fault of the third party cleaners or service providers. The client must notify to My Online Laundry Services, within 3 days of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitute a waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery.


Damage Item

My Online Laundry Services will not be responsible for any damage that is done to your laundry during normal washing and drying such as buttons falling off, beads coming loose, seam coming undone, etc. This is because we are professionals, we use industry standard practices and handle all clothing with reasonable care. Inherent manufacturer defects, weak material, color loss from household chemicals, or previous staining can not be prevented or removed and will not be the responsibility of My Online Laundry Services.
